Crick History Society
Crick History Society was started in 2003 by a group of about 20 people, who were attending a series of WEA meetings on researching local history held in the village. They meet monthly in the URC chapel rooms with a wide ranging programme of talks and usually have about 25-30 folk to a meeting. The society has published a number of small books and pamphlets to help people understand the area and its’ history, and usually has an article on village history in the quarterly Crick News which goes to all houses in the village.
